RPG Skills – RPG Progression Datapack is new mods for minecraft 1.13. Once you’ve got your full protection IV diamond gear and your sharpness V diamond sword, there isn’t really much more to do in this game of mining and crafting. This datapack was made to change that.

RPG Skills adds seven skills that you level up by doing common things in the game, like attacking or mining. As you level up these skills, you get better at doing these things via permanent potion effects. At level 100 strength, you can kill a zombie in one hit with just a punch!

RPG Skills also contains its own unique, comprehensive class system. Are you a ruthless attacker? Choose the Warrior class. Do you enjoy being unkillable? Then the Guardian is for you. Do you like to explore everything in sight? Then the Scout class will help you. Each of these three classes has their own buffs to XP gains, and each also possesses a special skill that must be charged.

v1.1 Update Notes:
Adds a seventh stat called intelligence, which relates to your vanilla XP gains, and adds a class based off of it: Wizard, loosely based off a suggestion from GameGuy984. Wizard can access the ability Arcane Epiphany, which gives up to 4 free XP levels.

If you think of something that you think should be added, please don’t hesitate to request a feature. I likely can and will add whatever you request, unless it throws off the balance of the mod. And even if it does, post it anyway! I like seeing your ideas 🙂

How to Install RPG Skills datapack?

RPG Skills can be installed on any vanilla 1.13 world. Simply unzip the .zip file in the datapacks folder of your chosen world. Do not be alarmed if it takes a while to level up; this is intentional.

You may use this datapack on a server freely, If you post the server online, make sure to credit me for the datapack.

Here is how to install a data pack when in singleplayer:

Download the data pack. It should be a .zip file or directory.
Open Minecraft.
Select your world, click on “Edit”, then “Open world folder”.
Open the folder named datapacks, and put the data pack into it.
Play the world, and type in /datapack
If this doesn’t work, type in /reload

Here is how to install a data pack when in multiplayer:

Download the data pack. It should be a .zip file.
Open your server folder, then open world.
Put the data pack into a folder named datapacks
Assuming that you are at least operator level 4, type in /datapack.
If this doesn’t work, type /reload.
